"We have cooperation with Russia in some areas, including regional issues. We are on different sides in Syria and Libya. However, in the process of Syria and Astana, we have some efforts to reach the lasting ceasefire in Libya,” Turkish FM added.
Turkish FM stated: "We will also discuss the Karabakh issue with Lavrov. As you know, two countries have signed an agreement on the establishment of a Turkish-Russian Joint Monitoring Center. Our discussions on the establishment of a joint center will continue. Azerbaijan's border security and territorial integrity must be within the framework of international law. We will discuss future steps in this regard."
